Gift Cards, Promotions & Referrals

7.1 Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are sold through [Vagaro] and may be used toward services, classes, and products [confirm which].

  • Purchased gift cards do not expire and carry no service or inactivity fees.

  • California residents may redeem a remaining balance under $10 for cash on request.

  • Gift cards are not refundable except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless registered to an account.

  • Treat gift cards like cash.

7.2 Promotional and Complimentary Cards

Free promotional cards or vouchers (not purchased) may have an expiration date. Any expiration date will be printed clearly on the card or voucher.

7.3 Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Promotions are valid only for the dates and items stated.

  • Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past purchases.

  • We may end or change a promotion at any time, but will honor purchases already completed.

  • Cancellation policies still apply to discounted appointments. The $50 retention is based on the policy, not the discounted price.

7.4 Referrals and Loyalty [If Offered Later]

If a referral or loyalty program is launched, its rules will be posted here, including how rewards are earned, when they expire, and how reviews relate to rewards. Rewards will never depend on leaving a positive review.
